How to Play More Puzzles
Let’s dive into learning how to play some of the simpler ones today: Mazes, Word Scrambles, Missing Vowel Puzzles, and Word Matches.
How to Play Mazes
The goal of a maze puzzle is to find your way from the start through to the exit. There could be many dead ends along the way!
Use your finger or a pen/pencil to trace the path as you go until you’re free of the maze.
How to Play Missing Vowel Puzzles
A missing vowels puzzle is a word game that contains a list of words with all the vowels removed (replaced by a _ character).
The goal is to fill in all the missing vowels to complete the words.
Many (but not all) missing vowel puzzles will focus on a theme (such as food, animals, colors, etc).
How to Play Word Matches
A word match puzzle is a word game that contains a list of words and a second list (could be pictures, words, definitions, etc).
The goal is to match all the words from the first list to their partner in the second list.
Many (but not all) word matches will focus on a theme (such as synonyms, food, animals, etc).
How to Play Word Scrambles
Word scrambles are word games that contain a list of words where all the letters have been scrambled.
The goal is to unscramble the letters to make the real words.
Many (but not all) word scrambles will focus on a theme (such as food, animals, colors, etc).
